At anytime from anywhere, we provide the 24-hour 7 days a week you demand from a travel management company.
Our hours of operations are: Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM EST and Saturday 10:00AM to 2:00PM EST.
DEDICATED TELEPHONE LINES:
We will have dedicated telephone watts lines, regular lines and facsimile machine for use of your organization if necessary.
We provide toll-free watts lines from anywhere in the United States for your convenience.

Our organization has affiliations throughout the world. We are able to service our clients and facility any
needs they may have, including meetings or important contacts in the world.
We have in house delivery service.
We have a dynamic staff with unique backgrounds ranging from tour operators to cruise experts, from airlines
to hotels, they have experienced dealing with corporate administrators to private owners. Combined our staff
has over 200 years of experience in the travel industry. Educational seminars are attended by members of our
staff on a continued basis to keep abreast of the latest travel trends and advances in technology and automation.
We keep a complete listing of company and employees profile records to avoid the tedious items that are

RENTAL CAR AGREEMENTS:
We have special negotiates rates with Alamo Rent a Car and Hertz Rent a Car. Giving you a choice of two of the
"Big 5" car rental companies.
We have outstanding preferred rates at over 6,000 properties.
AUTOMATION RESERVATION SYSTEM:
We have the most advanced reservation systems in the world, AMADEUS. This enables us to view last seat
availability on all participating carriers as well as providing computerized tickets, printed itineraries,
seat assignments, boarding passes, car and hotel reservation service.
The most sophisticated in the travel industry today, it checks hundreds of fares and rule restrictions to find
the lowest possible air fares available.
SATELLITE TICKET PRINTER (STP):
We provide on site STP's to facilitate the issuing of automated airline tickets in high volume remote offices.
Complimentary limousine service on business or first class transatlantic travel on certain airlines.
We have established a network of quality representatives in over 25 countries to provide emergency assistance
and problem solving for any of our clients.
